Shipping Locations

At this time, digishelf only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from California.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or carrier delays. Please allow approximately 3–14 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and USPS carrier timeframes.

Most orders shipped through USPS First Class Mail typically arrive within approximately 5+ business days after shipment within the United States. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided whenever available once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Delayed or Lost Packages

BoxiMart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other carrier-related issues once a package has been shipped.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly first. If you still need assistance afterward, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
